I use the Narwal app a few times a week to start cleanings and check the map, and for the most part it’s been easy to use. I like that I can set up rooms and schedules without having to poke around too much.

Every now and then the map takes a little longer to load than I’d like, and I’ve had a few moments where it says the robot is offline even though it isn’t. It hasn’t been a huge deal for me, since closing the app and reopening it usually clears things up.
Overall, it does what I need and keeps things simple. It’s not totally flawless, but the small issues haven’t really stopped me from being happy with it.

I’ve been using my Narwal for a few weeks now, it’s been kind of a relief because I’m usually the one stuck noticing every crumb and dusty spot. It picks up dust, crumbs, and random little messes better than I expected, and the mop actually helps with those kitchen marks that somehow always show up right after I clean. It’s not perfect in tight corners, of course, because apparently nothing can make my life that easy, but overall my floors look way cleaner and I’m not constantly feeling like I have to deal with them myself.

I spent the time and energy mopping, and the floors still looked dirty afterward. it felt like I was just wearing myself out for almost no result.

I reached out to customer support thinking they’d actually help, but it just felt like I was being ignored. They said someone would get back to me, and then nothing. I had to keep checking in myself, and it ended up being a total waste of time.

I've been using this for months now and, it’s still holding up really well. It feels sturdy every time I use it, and I kind of forget about it most days, which is probably a good sign because it just works. No issues so far, nothing weird popping up, and yeah, I’m still happy with it.

The navigation on my Narwal has been solid overall. It mapped my house quickly and usually seems to know where it’s going, which is nice. I also like that splitting rooms and setting no-go zones isn’t a hassle. That said, it does still get confused around chair legs sometimes or take a random route back to the dock. When I’ve mentioned little issues like that, it kind of feels like they get brushed off because the vacuum works “well enough.” I’m still happy with it for the most part, but it’s not quite perfect

I got the Narwal mostly because my place is almost never “robot vacuum ready.” There are usually shoes by the door, a random phone charger stretched across the floor, and at least one dog toy sitting right in the middle of the hallway because my dog apparently has no respect for cleaning schedules. The obstacle avoidance has been the biggest surprise, since it actually slows down and works its way around stuff instead of just charging straight into everything.

It still taps a chair leg here and there, especially around my kitchen table where the legs are kind of close together, but compared to my old robot it’s way less annoying. I don’t feel like I have to do a full room inspection before running it, which has made the whole thing stress free so far.

I got this set up way faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I do wish a couple of the instructions were a little clearer, because I had to pause and double-check a few things. But overall, it’s been working well, and cleaning the rollers is much less of a hassle than it was with my old robot. Happy with it so far.

The battery life has been better than I expected. It usually gets through my downstairs most days, though it does take a long time to charge back up.

The dock is definitely convenient and it does save me some time. The self-cleaning works fine most days, or at least I think it does, but every now and then it still leaves a bit of gunk behind and I end up rinsing it myself anyway. Maybe I was expecting too much, but I thought it would be a little more thorough. It’s not bad overall, just not quite perfect.

It’s quiet overall, which I really appreciate. On hard floors I barely notice it running, but once it hits the carpet, it definitely gets louder, not jet-engine loud or anything, just enough that you’re suddenly very aware it’s there
